Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)
Classes available for all ages
An innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best. One of the important elements used in the PBT method is muscle memory which helps to improve students’ understanding of core stability, weight placement and alignment. Each exercise in the PBT program has been developed with care and guidance by Marie Walton-Mahon along with a team of physiotherapists.
PBT is a supplement to regular dance training.
Foundations of Dance 1
Sub Juniors (Ages 4-6) | 45 Minutes
Creative Movement with Ballet and Jazz technique.
Foundations of Dance 2
Juniors (Ages 7-10) | 45 Minutes
Ballet and Jazz technique. Students will do barre work.
Foundations of Dance 3
Intermediate Seniors (Ages 11-13) | 60 Minutes
Ballet technique with lyrical center work.
Foundations of Dance 4
Seniors (Ages 14+) | 60 Minutes
Ballet technique with contemporary center work.
Adult Beginning Ballet
Ages 16+ | 60 Minutes
Ballet technique 101
Adult Intermediate Ballet
